Setup (Terminal Commands)
Open Terminal and run these commands. Your AI gets its own isolated browser — it never touches your personal tabs or bookmarks.

What are Channels?
Channels are the different ways you can talk to your AI. Right now you're using the web chat — but you can also text it from WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Signal, or even iMessage. Same AI, different doorways.
You only need one channel to get started. Most people pick WhatsApp because it's already on their phone.

What is the Model Browser?
AI models are the brains behind your assistant. Different models have different strengths — some are fast and cheap, others are powerful and expensive. This lets you browse what's available and pick the right one for your needs.
Models are accessed through OpenRouter, which gives you one API key for hundreds of models. Browse, compare prices, and switch models anytime.
✅ Using Claude Max? You don't need OpenRouter or this tab — your subscription already includes your AI model. This is only for users who want to use pay-per-use API models instead.

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a computer in the cloud that runs 24/7. Think of it as a second computer that never sleeps — it hosts your dashboards, runs your AI remotely, and makes your tools accessible from anywhere with a URL.
Your AI only works when your computer is on. Dashboards are only on your local network. No one else can access them.
Your dashboards are live 24/7 at real URLs. Your AI is reachable from anywhere. Team members can access tools from their phones.
You don't need a VPS to use OpenPaw. It's only for people who want to host dashboards online or access their AI remotely. Start without one and add it later when you're ready.
